01 — Context

The digital infrastructure of the Chile Energy Hub, a government project with the IDB that I built as a consultant for Sinapsis Global.

02 — My role

Senior consultant. I standardized the design system, optimized the front end’s DOM depth and measured accessibility with Lighthouse.

04 — Decisions

  1. A. Standardize the design system

    One component system for the whole platform.

  2. B. Reduce DOM depth

    I optimized the front end’s DOM structure as part of the accessibility work.

05 — System

The outcome: 98/100 in Lighthouse accessibility aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA, −25 % UI-friction support tickets and −18 % time per task.
